Sometimes, when we get a problem report from a user, it might be difficult to help because the problem is not clear and details are missing. So, here are some tips to help you get your problems solved faster:
Send us pieces of evidence of the problem you are facing.
- It’s recommended that the user describes the problem very well, with as many details as possible;
- If possible, the user should take screenshots of the problem that he/she has been facing;
- It would also be super useful if the user could record their computer screen with the developer console window opened. The easiest way to do that is by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (Windows) or Cmd+Opt+J (Mac) and to record the user may need to download software. If the report is made by an admin and not the user facing the problem, it would really help if the admin would send us as much information as possible, as well as the user's info (mainly, the e-mail!).
